I offer help to students for all kinds of issues, of which I have extra affinity with perfectionism, concentration/procrastination, grief, family issues, self-esteem, body image and eating problems.
I use tools from various methods, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Intuitive Eating and EMDR. Since we only offer short tracks, I can also guide you in finding a suitable referral address in case you need more.
