D.A.L. (David) Cadier, PhD

I am a Sciences Po's Principal Investigator in the University Consortium, an academic partnership between the universities of Harvard, Columbia, Oxford and Sciences Po that is dedicated to fostering research, training and expertise on West-Russia relations and that is funded by the Carnergie Corporation of New Yor.  

I am also a member of the EU-Russia Expert Network convened by the EU Delegation to Russia.
