ICT Innovation Fund sponsors 'Jantina Tammes School Early Career Researcher Prize' with 300 hours of technical support
The Jantina Tammes School (JTS) of Digital Society, Technology and AI recently launched the JTS Early Career Researcher Prize. This to provide a stage for young researchers working on JTS related themes. The prize money of €13,500 per year will be subdivided into five grants of €2,500 each and a bonus of €1,000 for the winner of the Early Career Researcher Prize Pitch Event.
The ICT Innovation Fund sponsors the finalists with an additional prize of a total of 300 hours of technical expertise in the field of geo-analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, statistics, and VR. This support will be distributed over the final five projects, ranging from 50 to 100 hours per researcher.
This additional prize of technical expertise and support is intended to further develop innovative ideas in an early stage and help them grow into innovative project proposals for the ICT Innovation Fund.
