Sixty young students fight for place in Science Olympiad
Sixty high school pupils came to the University of Groningen on 29 November, to compete in the regional heat of the European Union Science Olympiad, a team competition for EU secondary school science.

In teams of three, they had to solve a practical problem in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. The winning team from the Praedinius Gymnasium Groningen moves on the the national heat in Nijmegen, to fight for a place in the European finals in Athens, Greece, early April. The regional heat was organized by Science LinX, the University of Groningen science center.
