Abstract
In this presentation I will focus on two parts: In the first, I will present our contributions to the field of two-dimensional inorganic materials, where we investigate new materials that are suitable for nanoelectronic applications, including spintronics, valleytronics and straintronics. In the second, I will discuss the computational design of molecular framework compounds with applications in pore size tuning and separation if hydrogen isotopes.
