Five in a row: Nanoscience again among best university Master's degree programmes
The Master’s degree in Nanoscience of the University of Groningen is again among the best university Master’s degree programmes in The Netherlands, according to the new Keuzegids Masters 2017 [Higher Education Guide 2017 – Master’s programmes]. Nanoscience was awarded the label top programme already in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

The programme was setup to foster and train new generations of materials researchers through an interdisciplinary programme. The students are trained by experiencing top-research in a multidisciplinary environment encompassing physics, chemistry and molecular biology. The programme is organized by the Zernike Institute National Research Centre, the Materials Research Programme of the Zernike Institute, Stratingh Institute and GBB.
