Call for papers and timelines

We invite researchers and practitioners to submit full or work-in-progress papers. Papers can be based on conceptual or empirical research. We also welcome proposals for special sessions. Participants are expected to submit an extended abstract of not more than 2,000 words, including bibliography references. The abstract should have a front page reporting 'title', 'name(s) of author(s)" and 'affiliation'. We request to submit the abstract by emai to: somf-sm2019 rug.nl. Note that abstracts rather than full papers are requested for the acceptance process.

We aim to ensure that feedback is provided on work that is presented. To maximize the feedback for attendees, each participant is expected to be willing to act as a discussant for a maximum of two papers. Papers will be assigned about one month before the event to allow discussants time to review them.
