Research in the Innovation & Organization (I&O) Research Programme studies the resources, capabilities, and organisational practices that facilitate innovation and promote higher performance outcomes. Innovation and high performance outcomes require new, entrepreneurial organizational practices that may foster both collaboration within the firm and cooperation between firms.
