HTIR Connected research
HTIR collaborates with various institutions, colleagues, and projects to further its aims. Collaborations are in some cases institutionalised, in others, the result of collegial interaction which slowly build into further projects. The objective of these connections is to widen our capacity to develop ideas, support initiatives, and expand our intellectual horizons.

Institutional Collaborations
HTIR is an official partner of the Centre for Global Knowledge Studies, GLOKNOS, a multi-disciplinary research centre and intellectual community, based at the Centre for the Social Studies and Humanities (CRASSH), University of Cambridge, concerned with the constitution, diffusion, exchange, and use of human knowledges throughout history. Collaboration involves academic exchange at doctoral and postdoctoral levels, and editorial collaborative projects.
We are founding partners to the GLOBE collective, an international research alliance between professors at universities in Groningen, Lausanne, Oslo, Brussels, and Erfurt to provide support for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers working on our areas of interest, widely conceived as critical international relations, critical international political economy, and critical historical international relations.
We collaborate with Prof. Massimiliano Tomba, from the department of History of Consciousness at University of Californa, Santa Cruz, in themes of temporality and revolution, part of our thematic priority on Modes of Reasoning. The collaboration includes hosting of doctoral students.
