A study on railway crossing
Crossing while the railway is closed is a dangerous activity. In the Netherlands in 2009 48 crashes occurred on railway crossings, 13 people died, four were seriously injured. Together with ProRail the Traffic and Environmental Group has started a study into causes of risky behaviour on railway crossings.
