Review article on the Chemistry and Biology of SARS-CoV-2

Professor Alexander Dömling (Drug Design, Groningen Research Institute of Pharmacy) and his PhD student Li Gao published an open access review in Chem (Cell Press). In this article, they give an overview of the current knowledge of the spread, disease course, and molecular biology of SARS-CoV-2. Furthermore, potential treatment developments in the context of recent outbreaks, drug repurposing, and development timelines are discussed.
