Programme Committees
What do Programme Committees do?
Programme Committees play a key role in ensuring the quality of education at the UG. They serve as a direct link between students, lecturers, the Faculty Council, the Faculty Board, and the Director of Education. Their responsibilities are outlined in Article 9.18 of the Higher Education and Research Act (WHW).
The committees:
-
provide advice on the Teaching and Examination Regulations (TER).
-
approve changes to specific parts of the TER.
-
annually assess how the TER is implemented.

Offer advice - both requested and unsolicited - on all educational matters, including course execution, scheduling, study advising, and course evaluations.
Structure and composition
Each Programme Committee consists of an equal number of students and academic staff. Additionally, the committees serve as a point of contact for students with regard to the education in your programme. If you have complaints, suggestions, or issues regarding courses or exams, you can reach out to the student members of your Programme Committee via the email addresses listed below.
