2nd GCEL research meeting

On 16 September 2010, the Groningen Centre of Energy Law had it's second research seminar in the Allersmaborg. Four PhD students (Hannah Kruimer, Nichola Cho, Anatole Boute and Marijn Holwerda) presented their papers to GCEL staff and special guest professor Lee Paddock of George Washington University. The papers covered topics ranging from creditworthyness and differentiated third party acces to stability as a new framework for energy law. GCEL research plans for the near future, as well as the research strategy were also discussed.
