Dr F.J. (Fokke Jan) Vonck, LLM

Fokke Jan Vonck is a lecturer at the department of Private Law and Notarial Law at the University of Groningen. He teaches real estate law. In 2013 he defended his doctoral research focuses on the flexibility and functionality of the groundlease in Dutch property law. In addition to this, he has taken part in research on the legal possibilities of forced sales of real property on the Net.
