Adriaan Wierenga , LL.M., emergency law specialist and researcher at our Faculty, has been appointed member of the supervisory committee for the WODC study 'Evaluation of Squatting Ban Enforcement Act. Phase 2: 1 measurement'.
Squatting Ban Enforcement Act
The study 'Evaluation of Squatting Ban Enforcement Act. Phase 2: 1 measurement' evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of the Squatting Ban Enforcement Act. It is not the first time Wierenga takes on the role of supervisory committee member: he also fulfilled this role in the study in which the zero measurement prior to the entry into force of this law was done. He was also part of the supervisory committee of the WODC study on the modernization of state emergency law, which was commissioned by the House of Representatives.
