Professor Kochenov testifies in front of the Scottish Parliament on Citizenship after Brexit

Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) accepted an invitation of the relevant committee of the Scottish Parliament to testify on the implications of Brexit for citizenship rights and the implications of Brexit for the inhabitants of Scotland, approached from the citizenship perspective. The sitting takes place on Thursday this week.
Other experts are Brendan Donnoly, who is the Director of the Federal Trust and a former MEP, Prof. Catherine Barnard (Cambridge) and Prof. Eleanor Spaventa (Durham). Prof. Kochenov's testimony will draw on his LSE Policy Paper which was featured in the Guardian earlier this year.
