Conference theme and main question

As the conference is mainly in Dutch, an elaborate description is the conference theme is available in Dutch only (on the Dutch version of this page). The main question of the conference is: Which role does trust play in the interaction between oversight and enforcement? And what does trust mean when developing legitimate and effective public law?
