The theme of this conference in 2024 is Resilience. There are various aspects to how law and specific legal frameworks or mechanisms can support or maintain certain functions, structures and values during times of crisis or after disrupting events. Three legal areas that we have identified, where a perspective of resilience may be usefully applied, are environmental & climate law, financial/market law and constitutional law. Of course, there are many other areas as well.
