Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) gave an interview to BBC Radio (Russian service) on Jan 29 on the legality and consequences of the possible Russian withdrawal from the Council of Europe for the future assessment of the human rights violations which its regular troops together with 'volunteers' commit in the war zone of Eastern Ukraine, as well as for the Russian statehood as such. Russia is now on the verge of joining a good company: post-coup Turkey of 1980 and Greece under the colonels' junta in 1969...
