Dimitry Kochenov's work featured in Russian version of 'How to Spend It?'

Prof. Dimitry Kochenov's Quality of Nationality Index, produced together with Henley & Partners is the subject of an in-depth interview he gave to 'Kak Potratit'?', which is the Russian analogue of 'How to Spend It', familiar to all the FT subscribers. Dimitry gave a broad overview of the index and explained the starting premise of the lack of correlation between the level of the countries' economic development and HDI and the quality of nationality they grant, using numerous examples. The index can be consulted at www.nationalityindex.org The updated version of the index is to be released in English and in Russian in September this year.
