New legislation to address ‘neighbours from hell’
1 July 2017 will be a memorable day for Michel Vols. The Domestic Nuisance Act will then come into force. Vols was one of the driving forces behind the Act. He has been working for years on a different approach to dealing with home owners who cause nuisance. He is not so much interested in creating a law and order situation as in recognizing the interests of all the various parties in society.
