Dimitry Kochenov in Financial Times: 'Citizenship is not a sentiment, it is a legal status'

19 November 2014

Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) gave an interview to the Financial Times (free registration required) on the thinning substance of the concept of citizenship and citizenship and residence by investment, a rising global industry. He has recently published a note on EU citizenship by investment and co-founded the Investment Migration Council, a global association of investment migration professionals.
