Greetje van der Werf new Vice-Dean Faculty BSS
Prof . Dr. M.P.C. (Greetje) van der Werf has been appointed as Vice - Dean of the Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences of the University of Groningen as of September 1, 2013. She succeeds Prof. A.J.J.M. (Wied) Ruijssenaars. Within the Faculty Board she will be responsible for the portfolio Education.
Greetje van der Werf is Professor of Teaching and Learning at the D epartment of Educational Sciences, and she is also co-director of the GION (Groningen Institute for Educational Research). In addition, she is vice chairman of the Police Education Advisory Council , associate member of the Education Council of the Netherlands and member of the Board of Trustees of the Noorderpoortcollege in Groningen.
