Culture and behaviour within supervisory boards crucial in internal control housing corporations

Culture and behaviour within supervisory boards of housing corporations are equally important as complying with formal rules. That is the most important conclusion of the research of Hans van Ees and Dennis Veltrop at FEB. They carried out this research project under commission of the Association of Supervisors in Housing Corporations (VTW). Van Ees and Veltrop focused on the influence of 'soft skills' on the effectivity of supervisory boards at housing corporations.
