Construction progress Feringa Building and demolition Nijenborgh 4

26 February 2025

Good news about the construction of phase II (building section 5611) of the Feringa Building. The drilling of 257 piles has been completed and half of the foundation has already been poured. The floors will be laid in the coming weeks. With this, construction is proceeding according to schedule.

At the same time, the demolition of building sections 5117 and 5118 of Nijenborgh 4 is taking place. The work is progressing without major problems and according to expectations. If everything continues to go according to plan, demolition will be completed before the summer.

We will keep you updated on further developments.
