Former sociology student Dennis Wiersma now Member of Parliament

Former RUG Sociology student Dennis Wiersma (31) has become a Member of Parliament, for the Dutch political party VVD. During the time Dennis studied in Groningen, he was active as board member of the National Student Union, later he became president of the young FNV (labour union).
