Expertises

We invite submissions from academics and practitioners interested in sharing the latest advancements in organizational psychology and closely related fields, such as organizational behavior, human resources, and interdisciplinary approaches to understanding employees and organizations. We also welcome applied projects that advance our collective understanding of work issues unique to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Conference format

This year, we will invite practitioners as a part of our program. We will feature two types of sessions. Besides the traditional research sessions, we will organize practitioner sessions that aim to facilitate a stronger relationship between researchers and practitioners in the field. Through our practical sessions, you will have the opportunity to present your research by highlighting the practical implications and engage in discussions at the intersection of theory and practice within the domains of work, organizational, and personnel psychology. When submitting your abstract, you can indicate whether you would like to be considered for a practitioner session. Researchers and practitioners will be matched based on their topics of interest. You will be notified about the matching by mid July 2023.
