Application procedure?

• Complete the authorisation form and sign with a digital or wet signature.

• Complete the digital application form and upload:
  the authorisation form
  a copy of your identification*
  a copy of your diploma* 

• Your application will be submitted to the admissions committee of the programme where you want to attend a course. If your application is approved, you will be enrolled for the respective course. You will be notified by us about this.

NOTE: You can only take courses listed in the Online Education Catalogue Open Colleges GMW.

Application deadlines academic year 2023-2024

Block 1a: Friday 18 August 2023
Block 1b: Friday 27 October 2023
Block 2a: Friday 19 January 2024
Block 2b: Friday 29 Mach 2024

Registration after these deadlines is unfortunately not possible.

Fees per 1 September 2023

Bachelor courses €186 per EC
Master courses €296 per EC

The fees cover tuition and examination (provided you meet the entry requirements) and are based on a government policy rule that requires so-called contract education to be cost-covering.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 1 working day before the start of the course by sending an e-mail to owbalie.gmw rug.nl.

Cancellation within 1 working day before the start of the course entitles you to a refund of the course fee excluding the administration fee of €50.
