The MindGuard Guide is now published!
We are very proud to share that the MindGuard Guide from the Erasmus+ MindGuard project has been finalised and is now available on the project’s official webpage (link).
The MindGuard is an international collaboration that aims to strengthen mental health and wellbeing in higher education, with a particular focus on prevention and early support for both staff and students. The project brings together partners from the Netherlands, Ireland, Cyprus, Greece, and Belgium to develop practical and evidence-based resources for universities across Europe.
Developed collaboratively by all partners, the MindGuard Guide is designed specifically for University Staff and Educators. The Guide provides practical strategies and tools to help recognise, respond to, and prevent mental health challenges within higher education environments. It combines research-based insights with actionable recommendations, including a clear implementation framework, real-life scenarios, and guidance that can support daily practice in academic settings.
With a strong focus on prevention, the MindGuard Guide supports more inclusive and mentally healthy learning environments.
