Exchange
The Faculty of Philosophy offers a wide range of courses in English for international non-degree (exchange) students.
Bachelor courses
At the Bachelor's level, courses from our Bachelor's in Philosophy and courses from the programme Philosophy of a Specific Discipline are open to incoming exchange students. Due to the structure of the 3rd year Bachelor's programme in Groningen, the offer in the first semester of Bachelor's courses at a third year's level is limited. Exchange students hosted by other UG faculties are welcome to partake in courses of up to 15 ECTS at our faculty. Students without a background in philosophy can choose courses from the Bachelor's programme Philosophy of a Specific Discipline or from the Minor Philosophy.

Master's courses
At the Master's level, courses from the one-year Master's in Philosophy and the Master's in Philosophy of a Specific Discipline may be chosen. Courses that are specific to the selective PPE and/or Research Master's programmes are not open to exchange students.
