ECIO Inclusie AWARD 2025 for The Inclusive Teacher

The UG e-learning course The Inclusive Teacher has won the jury prize of the ECIO Inclusie AWARD 2025. The jury were particularly impressed with the academic grounding of the course, its practical focus and broad applicability.

About The Inclusive Teacher

The Inclusive Teacher is the outcome of the national Comenius Leadership grant offered to Prof. Jan Riezebos (FEB) in 2022. It offers a range of tools and tips to make student diversity a valuable asset, leading to more effective teaching and greater student success. Riezebos is pleased with the award: “If every teacher takes a small step in the education they provide, together we can take a big step towards barrier-free learning. I hope that e-learning will help me and my colleagues take that step forward for our courses every time.”
