Global Project

The developments within the European Corporations are part of larger changes in the global economy. Recent literature suggests that the developments are particularly quick within Europe. However, it is too early to see the European developments as leading in the developments. In fact, it is worthwhile to compare the European situation with the situation in Japan and the USA. Additionally, the situation in multinational corporations from emerging markets deserves ample attention.

Project 1: European Boards in a Global context

Presently, we are establishing cooperation with Prof. Cliff Staples of the University of North Dakota.

Project 2: Boards in Emerging markets

Together with Lei Chen, we develop a project to study the largest transnational corporations in emerging markets.
