Customized Entry Package

For MSc Business Administration - Change Management

Are you interested in the MSc BA - Change Management, but do not meet the requirements for direct entry? If you have studied one of the programmes below at the University of Groningen, you may qualify for a customized Pre-Master's package:

UG BSc Psychology students
UG BSc Sociology students

The knowledge gained in these programmes is highly relevant to the field of Business Administration - Change Management. After completing some additional courses, you can continue to the MSc BA - Change Management.

15 ECTS package in FEB or FBSS courses (starting 1 Febraury 2026)

To bridge the gap, you will need to complete a 15 EC package of courses, which are offered by either the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) or the Faculty of Behavioral and Social Sciences (FBSS).

The courses available for the Pre-Master’s BA - Change Management are listed below. Students must select and complete a total of 15 EC (5 EC per course). It is no longer necessary to take all courses from the same faculty – either FEB or FBSS. Students are allowed to mix courses from both faculties.

Course completion options

Students have the option to complete these courses either during their BSc in Psychology or BSc in Sociology or after earning their bachelor's degree by enrolling in the Pre-Master's programme. By successfully completing the 15 EC courses relevant to the MSc BA - Change Management and obtaining a BSc in Psychology or Sociology, students can directly proceed to the MSc BA - Change Management programme.

The 15 EC customized entry package is replacing the previously offered 25 EC package. Students taking the 25 EC package who wish to transfer to the new 15 EC package should contact the Pre-MSc programme management by sending an email to premsc.feb rug.nl.

_Note: _{Students are responsible for arranging for a correct registration for the Master’s programme in Studielink (including tuition fee payment). For UG students, the deadline for application in Studielink for the Master’s programmes is 1 August for the September intake and 1 January for the February intake. Students also have to register for courses in Progress in a timely manner; the deadline for enrolment for courses closes a week before the programme starts.}
