There are a lot of steps necessary to arrange a successful exchange semester. The overview below will help to efficiently organize everything in time.

1. Online registration
2. Visa application
3. Arrange accommodation
4. Activate your UG account
5. Upload your photograph to get your student card
6. Choose your courses
7. Arrange your trip to Groningen ; make sure to be in Groningen in time for all compulsory events
8. Arrange health insurance
9. If applicable, arrange your learning agreement
10. Register for Movin’ to Groningen
11. Register for an ESN buddy
