When your exchange is over

Transcript

When your exchange has come to an end you can request a transcript in Mobility Online. The transcript can be sent to your home university directly, when you fill in a third party's email address.

If you do not have access anymore to the Student Portal, please contact exchange.in.feb@rug.nl. Mention that you were an exchange student and include student number as well as the email address that the transcript should be sent to.

Course grades are on Progress approx. 10 days after your exam.

On the transcript only the courses that you have passed are listed (so fails are not listed).

Resits

If you have failed a course and you want to come back to Groningen to take the resit, please contact exchange.in.feb@rug.nl. We will have to extend your registration as an exchange student.

Note: our exam board does not allow students to take exams abroad, nor will they accept requests to take exams at other time-slots than scheduled.

Library

Please check whether you have returned all the books and/or other materials you borrowed from the faculty or central university library.

City Hall / bank

Go to the city Hall to cancel your registration in the Municipal Records Database and inform your bank to cancel your Dutch bank account.
