Very successful Petrus Camper Festival
Last Wednesday, June 24th, 2015, the Petrus Camper Festival took place in the Academy Building. During the afternoon students, family, friends and Stadjers attended various activities. These activities were organized by third-year undergraduate students of the Honours College. Here they presented the results of the research they have conducted recently, as final part of the Honours Bachelor programme.
In all the rooms of the Academy Building students were presenting activities, from presentations and debates to quizzes and exhibitions. For example, at the entrance of the Academy Building, visitors could test their knowledge about the use of technologies, and see the results in real time on a screen. In the Aula, visitors could take a tour of Rome and there were several presentations and discussions on sustainability. Among the many activities it was also possible to take a guided tour through the Academy Building.
After the festival the Graduation Ceremony took place, in which graduate students were awarded the Honours College medal. In total, more than 200 students have been able to receive the medal. After the ceremony, there are photos taken per faculty on the Academy stairs and there were drinks afterwards.
The Honours College whishes all graduate students success in their future academic career!
