Lars, International relations and international organization

Hi! My name is Lars and I am 19 years old. I am currently in my third year of being an International Relations and International Organization student. After a long and thorough search through multiple studies and attending web classes and open days, I eventually followed my heart and wound up at IRIO.

The fact that I show an interest in global issues, the news, politics, and history, makes that IRIO suits me perfectly. By studying in Groningen, one gets acquainted with a lot of people and cultures from all over the world. An important aspect of studying IRIO is engaging in a lot of class discussions and applying your knowledge to contemporary issues.

Furthermore, IRIO offers a wide variety of subjects, such as history, political science, law, and many more! Exhausted after a whole week of studying? Luckily, the study association CLIO organises a lot of pastime activities, such as excursions, or parties.
