Flynth and Campus Fryslân Join Forces to Develop Talent

Flynth and Campus Fryslân have signed a partnership agreement aimed at strengthening talent development and sustainable entrepreneurship in Friesland. Through a new scholarship program, both organizations aim to enhance Leeuwarden’s appeal as a university city and foster a strong connection between education and future-proof business practices.
Campus Fryslân, a faculty of the University of Groningen, plays a key role in educating students in the areas of sustainability, entrepreneurship, and societal transitions. For Flynth, this partnership aligns closely with its ambition to actively contribute to future-proof regions and invest in talent.
Through this partnership, Flynth and Campus Fryslân are strengthening the regional ecosystem where education, entrepreneurship, and social innovation converge. By directly linking talent development to real-world challenges, both organizations are helping to build a future-proof region.
The partnership focuses primarily on supporting master’s students. Through the program, students not only gain additional opportunities within their degree programs but also gain exposure to real-world experience and the opportunities available at Flynth.
Campus Fryslân views the initiative as an important step in further strengthening Leeuwarden’s position as a university city. The scholarship program helps attract talent and support students in their academic development.
For Flynth, this partnership offers an opportunity to identify young talent early on and introduce students to the organization, the industry, and current issues surrounding future-proof entrepreneurship. In doing so, Flynth underscores its role as a socially responsible organization committed to the future of entrepreneurs, employees, and the region.
