Corona measures and GUF

05 October 2020

In honoring grant applications, the GUF follows the policy of the Executive Board of the RuG.

Travel grants applications for internships abroad
All physical exchange programmes in the second semester of the 2020-2021 academic year have been cancelled. This applies all outgoing students in exchange programmes and internship programmes. Quickly changing circumstances and the unpredictability of the pandemic will result in a high degree of uncertainty in coming months regarding health situations, travel guidelines and the provision of on-site and online education at universities abroad.

Conference/Symposium
Grant applications for a live conference/symposium before 1 January 2021 will not be granted. Online conferences/symposia are a possibility, this has to be adapted in the budget.
