Impulsive healthy choices
Consumers in supermarkets consumers often unconsciously choose unhealthy products. PhD student Stefanie Salmon, a researcher at the Customer Insights Center, conducted an experiment at Albert Heijn supermarket to see how consumers can be subtly persuaded to choose healthy products.
