For Infinity: Barbeyrac

09 April 2014

The University of Groningen is celebrating its 400th anniversary in 2014 with festive programme from 15 May until 15 June, with as theme 'For Infinity' (400). What is it that makes the University what it is today: a teaching and research institution of stature? Which people, ideas and events in the past played a role? Someone who should certainly be remembered is Jean Barbeyrac.
