Launch of Open Education CoP Incubator Fund

On the 18th of February from 16.00 to 17.30, the Open Education Community of Practice will launch the Open Education incubator fund. The goal of the incubator fund is to advance our vision for Open Education by enabling teachers and educational experts to transform the curriculum towards a sustainable Open Education future and by empowering students to co-create their own knowledge through experimental projects. At the launch, we’ll bring together speakers and community members to showcase inspiring Open Educational practices. Together, we’ll explore how to apply for the Incubator Fund, its purpose, and how it aligns with the goals of our community of practice. We call for project proposals that strive for more accessible, co-created, and impactful education. By awarding student- and staff-led projects of various scales, this incubator fund lays a solid foundation for co-creating a UG-wide Open Educational future. 

We invite prospective applicants, but also anyone interested in Open Education to join the launch. It will be a festive activity with drinks! If you would like to join please email to tag rug.nl and include your dietary requirements.
