Education Festival 2026: Call for Posters and Reviewers
On this page, you can find the call for posters and reviewers. The call for contributions (workshops, seminars, etc.) will be posted in January 2026!
Have your innovations in teaching and learning helped shape education through vision, values, or voices? Join our Education Festival 2026 Poster Session!
We invite you to share your educational journey by submitting posters that showcase success stories, case studies, or preliminary research connected to this year’s theme: Shaping Education Through Values, Voices, and Vision.
Whether you’re an educator experimenting with new teaching approaches, a researcher exploring emerging trends, or someone who has pioneered creative practices in the classroom, we’d love to hear your story!
What we’re looking for
-
Vision: How does your work reflect your vision for the future of education? Share your perspectives, goals, and innovative practices that push boundaries and inspire change.
-
Values: How do your values shape your teaching and learning environment? Highlight how principles such as inclusivity, curiosity, and integrity guide your educational choices and practices.
-
Voices: How do you bring diverse voices into education? Show us how you empower students, colleagues, or communities to take part in shaping learning experiences.
Poster Categories
We are accepting posters in the following categories:
-
Educational Good Practices: Posters showcasing innovative teaching strategies, success stories from the classroom, and impactful case studies that highlight effective educational practices.
-
Educational Research: Posters presenting findings from research studies or preliminary results from ongoing projects in the field of education.
Why participate?
This is your chance to showcase your work to a community of educators, researchers, and educational innovators, exchange ideas, and contribute to shaping the future of teaching and learning at the University of Groningen.
Who will print the posters?
The poster printing and hanging will be handled by the organizing committee, all you need to do is submit your poster, and we will take care of the rest!
Reviewing process
The Education Festival 2026 will be embracing a partially open peer review process for poster submissions. This approach strikes a perfect balance between transparency and constructive feedback, ensuring that both poster presenters and reviewers walk away with a rewarding and collaborative experience.
