4TU+.CEE workshops on Teaching Leadership: sign up now

You are invited to participate in workshops on Teaching Leadership for Professionals.

On 26 and 27 October, the UG hosts the workshops as part of our membership of the 4TU+.CEE, Center for Engineering Education.

The workshops are open to everyone involved in teaching: academic staff, curriculum developers, and educational researchers/professionals.

The UG has committed to broadening its partnership with 4TU by becoming a full partner in 4TU+.CEE. As part of the new CEE 2027–2030 strategy, the UG will take the lead in the theme of Personal Leadership and Professional Identity. More information can be found on the dedicated webpage.

The workshops are contributing to a kick-off project exploring how personal leadership and professional identity can be developed in today’s rapidly changing educational and professional landscape. 

The workshops are also an excellent step to get more involved in the 4TU+.CEE community.

Monday 26 October, room 5616.0144, Feringa Building, Zernike Campus

• 9 - 11.30 a.m.: Personal leadership in education:
  • Fostering motivation for continuous learning
  • Working on professional identity

• 11.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.: Lunch*
• 12.30 - 2.30 p.m.: Assessing leadership and identity development
• 3 - 5 p.m.: Personal leadership within teamwork

Tuesday 27 October, room 5612.0142, Feringa Building, Zernike Campus

• 9.30 - 11.30 a.m.: Personal leadership in an AI-augmented environment
• 11.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.: Lunch*
• 12.30 - 2.30 p.m.: Entrepreneurship and leadership
• 3 - 5 p.m.: Leadership across educational domains

*Please indicate in the sign-up form whether you will join for lunch and whether you have dietary restrictions, preferably before 10 October.
