In this new episode, Professor by special appointment of Low Saxon / Groningen Language and Culture Martijn Wieling of the Faculty of Arts talks about his research into speech technology for minority and regional languages. Wieling investigates how speech technology can be developed for languages for which very little data is available. What is the main question Martijn wants to answer and the impact of the research?
