Storm and flooding in Libya

The terrible flooding in Libya caused by storm Daniel and the suffering it has caused are shocking to us as the Board of the University. This is the second devastating natural disaster within a week. Our thoughts and sympathies are with all those directly or indirectly affected by the floods.
