Ombudsperson's annual report published
The Ombudsperson's annual report has been published. With this report, the Ombudsperson is accountable: an important obligation as the mostly confidential work remains largely invisible to the organisation. With this baseline measurement, which consists of much factual information as well as signalling and advice, the Ombudsperson wants to contribute to learning at individual and organisational level.
The report covers the first 16 months of exercising the new role within the university, namely from September 2021 to December 2022. On the one hand, it constitutes a comprehensive overview of the pioneering work, while on the other, it provides insights into the key figures and observations. The annual report will be discussed in the Local Consultative Committee, the University Council and with the Supervisory Board.
