This thesis aims to expand our knowledge about mechanisms of regulation of the MTOR signaling pathway at the lysosome and at less well investigated subcellular sites, such as the nucleus or stress granules. Also, this thesis aims to understand how MTOR regulates processes necessary to maintain cellular growth, migration and survival.
