Antimicrobial and beneficial properties of bacterial species
isolated from phyllospheric microbiota

Some bacteria in the plant’s microbiome play an important role in the functioning of plants by influencing their health and development protecting them against diseases by producing different secondary metabolites. In the present thesis, we focused  on Bacillus velezensis SPL51, Bacillus subtilis STRP31 and Paenibacillus sp. PL91 bacteria isolated from tomato and lettuce phyllosphere with beneficial agricultural properties.
