'Grenzeloze Geneeskunst' is about integrated customised hospital care for elderly patients with multiple chronic diseases. This group of patients often also experiences problems in other domains, leading to vulnerabilities. Current hospital care is insufficient for these patients. To achieve integrated care, Barbara Munster argues that 5 boundaries should be removed.
